Birth Doula Support
As a birth doula, I support women through physical comfort measures, emotional support, and provide birth education and local resources. I meet with you prior to birth to connect and support with education and preparation for labor, continuously support you through labor, and meet with you after the birth to assist with breastfeeding and postpartum needs.
